I’m a hat guy and I absolutely love these hats. Quality is just like Melin, but not nearly in the same ballpark for price, it’s awesome. I have 4 hats from them now, I use them for hiking and just casual wear. I get a ton of compliments on the burnt orange color which I bought a few weeks ago, and the charcoal signature waterproof hat just arrived today! Can’t wait for more colors, definitely buying more. Well done!
Just received my hats and I love them. The graphics on the wanderer are beautiful and so is the construction. The 5 panels are on point. I find it incredibly difficult to find hats that fit my huge head and these ones are deep enough and thanks to one of the guys suggestions I ordered a “big fit” as well which is the best fitting hat I own. Highly recommend.
The hats are great quality and I am a repeat customer multiple times, but their customer service is as good if not better. I wanted to take advantage of their '3 for 2' offer but my third hat was out of stock at the time. I asked to have the option to come back later to pick my third, free hat and it was no hassle for them. I came back 9 months later with the request and it was taken care of within 30 mins, no questions asked. This company deserves the success it is already having and much more.
