Email your logo & which hats you want to see mockups of to custom@sixhats.ca & we'll get them back to you asap.
Orders are first placed for the number of hats you would like to make up your order.
Once the order has been completed, our production team will follow up with a link to a production form, this is where you will select the hat colors, styles and provide any additional information required such as logo color for each colorway of hat.
Currently, we offer Embroidery, Leather & Cork Patches, Full Colour Fabric Patches, and Rubber Patches as decoration options for custom hats.
Embroidery: A classic and durable decoration method where your design is stitched directly onto the hat using vibrant threads. Perfect for bold, textured logos or intricate designs that stand out with a professional finish.
*Minimum order 10 Hats
Leather & Cork Patches: Stylish and sophisticated, these patches add a rustic charm to your hat. Designs are laser etched onto leather or eco-friendly cork materials for a sleek, natural look.
*No Minimums - Order as little as 1 hat
Full Color Fabric Patches: Ideal for vibrant, detailed designs, these patches feature high-resolution printing on fabric. They offer unlimited color possibilities and are sewn onto the hat for a seamless appearance.
*Minimum order 10 hats
Rubber Patches: Modern and durable, these flexible patches are crafted from soft rubber and can feature 3D designs. Perfect for bold, weather-resistant logos with a contemporary edge.
*Please note rubber patches require a 100 hat minimum order.

Our typical production timeline for custom hats is 7-10 business days, starting from the time your design is finalized and approved. However, we understand that some projects are time-sensitive! If sample approvals are provided promptly, we can expedite the process to meet tighter deadlines.
